Delete Your Rokonet Account
You can permanently delete your Rokonet Doctor account and associated personal information.
We provide two ways for you to request the deletion of your account and data.
Method 1: Inside the Android app (Preferred)
- Open the Rokonet Doctor app.
- Login to your account.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Until the in-app deletion feature is available in your installed version, you can request deletion using the method below.
Method 2: Email Support
You can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team at support@rokonetindia.com.
Please use the following format:
- Subject: Delete My Rokonet Account
- Required information in the email body:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name
- Doctor registration details (if applicable)
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- User profile and credentials
- Name and Phone number
- Profile photos
- Clinic information
- Network connections
- Notification tokens
- User preferences
- All associated account information
Data Retention
No personal information is retained after successful deletion except where required by applicable law.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are normally completed within 7 working days.
